That’s a whole lotta ‘B’s’ there! Here’s another one, BRILLIANT!!

This is an easy smoothie that my family has been having most days as of late!

Brazilian Berry Banana Bliss

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 small handful frozen berries
  • 1 handful frozen watermelon chunks (chopped) or 1 1/2 frozen apricots **optional**
  • 1 cup Brazil nut milk (but any milk will do)

Blend well and enjoy – you could also sprinkle a little bee pollen on there to garnish (something I am definitely going to be using in the future!)

My poor Beans sprained her little ankle this morning, what better than a smoothie (or “suppee” as she calls it) to keep her occupied!
