Oh my word! I just made such a yummy green smoothie!
5 kale leaves (or any greens you have on hand)
2 med rips nectarines
1 med-large ripe banana
1 cup filtered water
Blend until smooth and sip, sip, sip!!
PS. As a side note, I noticed if you like an even creamier and cooler smoothie it is best to freeze your banana or other fruit a few hours before you blend!
