Oh my word! I just made such a yummy green smoothie!


5 kale leaves (or any greens you have on hand)

2 med rips nectarines

1 med-large ripe banana

1 cup filtered water

Blend until smooth and sip, sip, sip!!

It's Mean, It's Green and It's Loaded with Nectarine!

PS. As a side note, I noticed if you like an even creamier and cooler smoothie it is best to freeze your banana or other fruit a few hours before you blend!

  1. sounds delicious, i haven’t tried it with nectarines before, but i use a lot of our frozen berries from the summer along with kale, chard or spinach! xo

    • Yummy Insiya! Those frozen berries bring back sweet memories of sweet summers past in the wintertime 🙂 I have to tell you I am loving PYforH2, you and Eoin are so inspiring!
